I bought one of these to use to replace an expensive corporate laptop computer which was only used to access the corporate mainframe via the VPN. It works great for the purpose. I hooked it up with wireless and it sits next to a large monitor on my desk. I bought a second one to put next to my flat screen tv so I can surf the web and watch TV shows that I missed. Once again it is on the mark. I still have to resolve the issue that the picture is larger than the TV screen, but once I have the time to download the right driver, I am sure it will be just fine. The keyboard and mouse that comes with this machine are a bit cheesy, but what would you expect. The machine comes with Windows XP which retails for more than half of the machine cost. Try it, you'll like it

Bought this item as a second PC for my kids and it works great. It's great for web surfing and general computing. I also install Ubuntu and it is working out great. Only thing that I am disappointed with is that it did not include the Vesa compatible attachment and I haven't been able to find it anywhere. Would be great to be able to attach it to a monitor. I bought a wireless keyboard and mouse for it. So far, no complaints. Would definitely recommend this item.

I bought this machine because I blew out the Mobo on my other desktop. Ive had it for about a month, and the first thing I did was add another Gig of Ram. Had to clear out the bloatware, but that was too easy. At first I wasnt able to pick up any video, but i downloaded DivX and was good to go. I have 2 monitors hooked in, 1 VGA - 1 HDMI. CPU isnt the fastest but I am happy with it. I am going to purchase another one for my big screen...outstanding product for the price...

Tbis Acer Mini Desktop was a great value, for $209.00 delivered (free shipping & no tax)I got a fully working desktop computer, granted that it does come with an Intel Atom Processor which is not as fast or powerful as the other Intel Processors but it still performed well. I have an external optical drive so loading programs and other software was not a problem and the fact that it comes preloaded with Windows XP really sold it for me. It comes with a card reader,6 USB ports and even an HDMI port and it comes with it's own keynoard and mouse. I hooked up a monitor to it and I cleaned out all the bloatware that comes with it and I have to say that it performed as well as any desktop I have ever used. You just can't beat it for $209.00
